This person will play a critical role in maintaining an efficient, productive, and welcoming workplace for our team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and enjoys handling a mix of administrative, facilities, and culture-building responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, including vendors, building management, and service providers.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support team productivity.Assist with scheduling, event planning, and coordination of team meetings and offsites.Support HR and leadership with onboarding new employees and maintaining an engaging office culture.Ensure the office is a welcoming and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.Manage relationships with external vendors, including IT support, office maintenance, and food and beverage providers.Assist with expense tracking and light administrative support for executives as needed.Handle mail, deliveries, and other general office logistics.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years in an Office Manager or similar role.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working onsite in NYC five days per week.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and other workplace productivity tools.A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.
