Key Responsibilities:Assist the manager in coordinating daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to staff to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper inventory and timely reordering.Prepare and maintain records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Perform data entry, file management, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed.Address and resolve any administrative issues, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for employees, clients, and visitors.Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve office workflow.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or senior leadership team.Qualifications:Proven experience in an administrative or management role, with at least 1-2 years in an office setting.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
