Indirect Sourcing Specialist - IT Procurement

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Specialist - IT Procurement to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor management, and contract negotiations for IT-related products and services. This role will focus on optimizing procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic IT sourcing plans for hardware, software, cloud services, and professional IT solutions.Conduct vendor evaluations, negotiate contracts, and manage third-party risk & complianceOptimize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems to improve procurement workflows.Lead RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and contract execution to secure favorable terms.Foster collaboration across legal, finance, IT, and procurement teams to align with business objectives.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal procurement policies.Continuously assess market trends and vendor performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is preferred.Proven experience in IT strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a corporate environment.Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, including hardware, software, cloud services, and professional services.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices in procurement and vendor management.Want to be notified of similar positions?
