Investor Relations AssociateA boutique Asset Manager is hiring for an Investor Relations Associate to join their hands-on team. This position will be responsible for assisting in the creation and management of reports and materials for our existing and prospective investors. This role will be involved in all aspects of client service and the candidate will be working in the office five days a week.Salary range$110-125k range (slight flex) + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits including 401kHours 8am - 5pm with some flexibility as neededIn office 5 days/weekin Union Square area, NYCSeeking: • 2 years of experience - background in financial services (banks, custodians, accounting, asset manager) is a plus • Bachelor's Degree • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, demonstrate strong Excel, Power Point and Word skills • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM system, Bloomberg and Qvidian is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to multitask effectively and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment • Strong team player who can assist members with various ad-hoc requirements in a small organization with an 'all hands-on deck' approach • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with clients • Organized and highly motivative self-starter with the ability to set priorities, monitor own workload to meet both internal and external deadlines Primary Duties and Responsibilities include: • Responsible for updating materials monthly such as risk reports, risk stats, fact sheets, presentation materials, monthly performance commentary, due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and other documents for investment vehicles • Assist in the creation of content including building charts and graphs in excel and creating PowerPoint slides to enhance client and prospective investor communication • Prepare responses for DDQs, RFPs, consultant questionnaires/databases, and other investor requests • Data Entry & Management into various systems (Salesforce CRM, prime broker websites, Sharefiles, IntraLinks, Docusend, Qvidian) • Liaise across functions (Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Investor Relations, Business Development, Investment Team, Firm Partners) to obtain and synthesize information for client materials • Overall, assist in the execution of servicing the Firm's day-to-day investor relations operations and processes including coordinating logistics for investor travel and in office meetings Please submit your resume to apply!
