Property Manager

We're seeking a Building Director (Property Manager) for an affordable/ low-income residential property in Brooklyn, NY. This brand-new building houses roughly 500 units, including 200 for low-to-moderate-income residents and 300 designated for formerly homeless individuals through partnerships with organizations like CUCS.Due to the building's iconic status, it hosts numerous high-profile events, so a polished, professional demeanor is a must. This role is equivalent to a Community Director, and experience with NYCHA and Section 8 is highly desirable, particularly in working with diverse tenant populations, including individuals with mental health challenges.Key responsibilities include:Fostering a strong sense of community within the buildingCollaborating with vendors and neighborhood partnersManaging relationships with a diverse range of tenantsEnsuring smooth operations and addressing any building-related issuesThe ideal candidate will have experience in residential management and a strong focus on serving vulnerable residents.
