Led by our CEO, Daniel Chun, our team, The Formation Team at Compass, has been recognized in the top 1.5% of agents nationwide (RealTrends 2022). We are on a mission to empower clients with the knowledge and insights to make confident, strategic real estate decisions. Daniel is also a managing partner at Eagle Street Development, where we specialize in converting townhouses into condominiums, expanding our real estate footprint in NYC.Job Overview:We're looking for a go-getter to fill the role of Executive Assistant and help the CEO manage and scale all aspects of his real estate and entrepreneurial ventures. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving executive support, assisting with real estate deals, and keeping internal operations running smoothly. You'll support internal processes for a small but driven team and help keep projects on track in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.You'd be a great fit for this role if:You get energized by being part of a team that is trying to make the world a better place.You thrive when you take on more responsibility because it means your work is meaningful and you are making a difference.You have strong interpersonal and communication skills - you can "read the room."You can organize chaos and thrive on finding structure in a fast-moving environment.You're quick at getting things done and don't let small details slip through the cracks.You're tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools, and always looking for ways to improve processes.You are a natural problem solver.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Own the CEO's schedule and inbox"”managing relationships, anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise.Operational Coordination: Assist the CEO in streamlining internal operations for marketing, content creation, social media, real estate listing management, CRM, and transactions using tech like Compass, Dropbox, and Evernote.Client Management & Deal Support: Provide support for real estate transactions"”help onboard clients, run property searches, schedule showings, prepare documentation, and coordinate closings.Commission Payouts & Tracking: Assist in tracking commission payments, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for deals closed by the team.Project Coordination: Help manage multiple projects and vendors, keeping them on track and within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Event & Project Coordination: Assist with planning and executing team events and special projects that contribute to team-building efforts.Growth Opportunity:You'll gain exposure to all aspects of the real estate and entrepreneurial businesses, with opportunities to grow into higher-level roles as the company expands.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar role.NYS Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain during employment).Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Process-driven and detail-oriented with a "get it done" attitude.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.Who this position is NOT for:You are not detail-oriented.Your goal is to progress into becoming a full time real estate agent.You prefer a corporate 9-5 job.Ready to dive in and help build something great?
