In this hands-on, field-based position, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of tires, utilizing your specialized technical skills and knowledge.Key Responsibilities:Inspect, diagnose, and repair tire-related issuesPerform tire rotations, balancing, and alignment servicesInstall new tires and ensure proper inflation and tread depthMaintain accurate records and documentation of all work performedProvide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clientsQualifications:Minimum 2 year of experience as a Field Technician or in a similar automotive roleState Certification requiredStrong technical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityValid driver's license and reliable transportationWorking Conditions:This position involves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You may be required to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and stand for extended periods.
