The in-hosue legal and compliance department of a well-known real estate company is looking for a Paralegal to support their legal & compliance team. This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who has experience with commerical real estate, corporate governance, entity management and compliance to work in a diverse role covering a variety of practices. Must be open to being in office 5 days a week. Job Description/Key Duties:Handling corporate governance, entity management and corporate record maintenancePrepare corporate filings, including entity formation/dissolutionAssist with real estate closings Corporate filingsDraft, edit, negotiate and management of agreements and contractsAssist with closing transactions, draft and create memoranda, corporate resolutions and closing certificatesRequirements/Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal supporting attorneys with real estate, corporate and compliance mattersBachelor's DegreeMust be open to 5 days in office Experience drafting contracts and legal documentsMust be open to working on a fairly small team Entity management experience is required If you are qualified, interested and looking to learn more, please send an MS Word Document or a PDF version of your resume to Jess Levinson at jlevinson@ Applicants without a resume attached in the formats listed above may not be considered.
