Position OverviewThis role supports the successful coordination and execution of the Right-of-Way Preparation and Access scope of work for major transmission projects across multiple regions with involvement of multiple companies. This individual will drive company success trough strategic involvement during estimating, pre-construction , and execution phases of large-scale electrical transmission projects.Key Responsibilities: Support in the planning and execution of Right-of-Way Preparation and Access SOWAssist in estimating and pre-construction efforts to ensure accurate pricing, resource scheduling, scope alignment and risk mitigationTrack, manage, and communicate project pursuits and on-going construction project status updatesCoordinate with multiple companies and scopes to facilitate the integration of Access work within project schedule and budgetProvide guidance and problem-solving to project teams to enhance project executionGather lessons learned from completed projects and implement improvements for future projectsTrack project performance, cost structures, and productivity to identify areas for improvementMonitor financial and operational performance metrics related to Access work and provide data-driven recommendationsSuggest and implement Value Engineering alternatives during the estimating and construction processIdentify potential risks related to Access work and support teams in developing mitigation strategiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in the Right-of-Way Preparation, Access or related Heavy Civil construction industry including field construction management experience and estimating experienceStrong strategic thinking and the ability to implement plans that align with overall business objectivesFlexibility to adapt to varying levels of involvement and collaboration with Quanta CompaniesComprehensive understanding of the construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for construction and/or transmission projectsStrong skills in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Ideally has Estimating program experience (InEight, HeavyBid, or similar)Familiarity with GIS software (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)Supervisory Responsibilities:May supervise a team of 1 to 2 peopleTravel Requirements:Travels: YesPercent of time: 30%Overnight required: YesPowered by JazzHRpM5l0uoS5q
