Society is a top model management company looking to add an Assistant to the President in our New York office. As the Assistant to the President, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out all day-to-day processes and projects for the President. The position also entails assisting with a variety of daily administrative office tasks.JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide primary executive assistance to the President for managing key talent relationships; act as liaison person for global top talents;Coordinate and solve all business matters internally and externally while fulfilling associate duties;Schedule and coordinate multiple calendars, appointments and internal/external meetings with shifting priorities;Organize travel arrangements for the President and talents (i.e., air, hotel, private car, and dining accommodations, etc.)Prepare detailed travel itineraries and at times be flexible to handle modifications in office and remotely;Draft, revise and update commercial agreements negotiated by the President and some correspondence with variety of top corporate clients;Finalize commercial contracts for top billing talents; build and track payment schedules; track short/long term contractual obligations; optimize charge-back;Ensure talents maintain their images complying with prior commercial agreements;Work collaboratively with President and Finance-Legal Divisions on developing, maintaining and improving relevant business matters. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years administrative/executive assistance experience supporting high level executives;Bachelor's degree preferredMust have good writing, research, and proofreading skills;Must have the ability to handle phone and email correspondence efficiently and professionally;Must be intelligent and quick in understanding, have a critical mind, be a problem solver;Must be conscientious and hardworking, do the work or duty well and thoroughly;Proven concierge level executive support with an ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external contacts;Experience establishing a professional rapport and demeanor with high level clientele;Possess a team oriented approach, flexibility with shifting priorities, and thrive in a deadline oriented culture; must be quick on your feet for all the duties.We are an Equal Employment Opportunity ("EEO") Employer.
