Role DescriptionThis full time, on-site role is located in McKinney, TX. As an Art Fulfillment Specialist at LX Artworks, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer orders. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless flow of artwork and other products from production to delivery. This role demands attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of quality and service. You will be working closely with our Operations Manager to insure the timely execution of these steps. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly, and that our gallery and store operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art, strong organizational skills, skills with hand tools, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment:Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.Receiving, storing, and distributing products and materialsPicking, packing, and shipping orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner, including preparation and packaging of framed art and other products.Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Ensure all orders are processed and shipped within specified timeframes.Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Art Packaging and Framing:Carefully package artwork to ensure safe delivery.Assist in the framing, assembly of artwork, including measuring, cutting, and assembling various types of framing. Handle artwork with care to prevent damage. Gallery and Store Operations:Provide exceptional customer service in the gallery and store.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the gallery and store areas.Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.Wrapping and preparing framed art and other delicate products for shipment, including the use of proper packaging materials and techniques.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's licenseAble to pass drug test/background checkPhysically able to stand, sit, move, squat, walk, and climb during the course of the shiftPrevious experience with framing, hand tools, fulfillment, or retail environment is preferred.Experience with art handling and framing is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salarySales CommissionHealth StipendPaid time offEmployee discounts on artwork and framing servicesOpportunities for professional development and growth
