Field Support Technician

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global appliance manufacturer to recruit and hire a Full Time Field Service Engineer to lead field support for clients across the West Coast. Please note this position requires 75% travel (Monday-Friday).Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Visit customer sites to repair and service water heating and plumbing systemsProvide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phoneCompose detailed reports on system performance and issues Train and mentor new techniciansWork closely with engineering teams to test and improve productsHandle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficientlyPerform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installationMust haveAbility to travel 75% of the time5+ years of technical experience in water heaters/boilers/plumbingExperience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping)Customer service and field support experienceFamiliarity with building systems and national/state codesTechnical certifications preferredOur Client OffAnnual base salary in the 100k-110k rangeAnnual bonusesRobust benefits package which includes health and wellness plans, 401k with match, tuition assistance and moreEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled?.
