This position is responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and acting as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be exceptionally well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs with a proactive approach.A strong ability to take accurate and comprehensive meeting notes is essential, as this role will be responsible for recording minutes for all board meetings and any meetings involving the CEO. The Executive Assistant must maintain the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.QualificationsTo perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to meet the following requirements.
