Customer Service Sales Specialist

Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join their team during their busy season. This candidate should be comfortable making 100+ calls, building rapport on the phone and multi-tasking. ResponsibilitiesTriaging the database to identify target leadsOutbound calling on assigned warm and new potential leadsEnter orders in eCommerce system, taking payment informationCollect, record, and accurately maintain pertinent consumer information, and ensure the accurate input of that data into specified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemAnswer return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contactMaintain quality service by following organizational standard operating proceduresAchieve or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales quotasTake inbound call overflow as needed to maintain overall Contact Center client service levelsRequirements:1-3 years of inside sales/sales experienceAbility to make 130+ outbound calls a dayExperience in MS Office SuitesSalesforce CRM is a plusHigh School Diploma
