We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.Duration: 6 monthsResponsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer inquiries efficiently.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in service delivery.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.Assist customers with billing, technical support, orders, and general inquiries.Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (no experience required) OR high school diploma/GED with relevant customer service or call center experience.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
