Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions' client, a longstanding estate planning firm in Denver, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This firm offers mentorship from senior support staff in an open-door environment. The team fosters a supportive, family-like atmosphere, emphasizing collaboration and support in a busy yet cohesive work environment.The successful candidate will have two or more years of Legal Assistant experience, ideally with an estate planning firm. The ability to type a minimum of 60 WPM and a working knowledge of Clio, PowerPoint, and Colorado Courts E-Filing programs are a plus. This role demands precision in drafting, where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. You will be working on matters for high-net-worth clients (typically $10 million or more) and multi-generational families.Responsibilities include creating estate planning illustrations through PowerPoint, preparing and administering client fee agreements, running conflict checks, E-filing documents, preparing electronic estate planning books, and organizing client files.
