Lead and mentor the commercial team? Ensure accuracy in agency management systems? Monitor carrier updates & optimize profitability? Collaborate with HR on hiring & performance managementWhat You Need:220 Insurance License (required)?? 4+ years of insurance agency experience?? Expertise in Vertafore AMS 360 & Microsoft Office??
