If so, we have the perfect job for you!We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.In this role, you will be expected to:Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requestsConduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury casesManage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents, evidence, and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the casePrepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trialsReview and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case preparation and evaluationWork collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case strategiesThe ideal candidate will have:At least 3-5 years of experience working as a litigation paralegal in a personal injury law firmStrong communication, research, and writing skillsThe ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsA strong commitment to client service and achieving positive outcomes for clientsExperience with case management software, such as Needles, is a plusA paralegal certificate or degree in paralegal studies is preferredIn return, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative work environment where your talents and expertise will be recognized and rewarded.
