POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a highly versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is essential in supporting daily operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the success of Expo Car Premium.YOUR ROLE? Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones and emails, contacting Indigo employees, and organizing files and documents.? Represent the company professionally as the front desk representative.? Support office management tasks, including cleaning and setting up lunches for meetings or events.? Communicate efficiently and effectively with Indigo employees in both English and Spanish.? Deliver paychecks, PPE, equipment, and other documents to designated work sites as needed, in person.? Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and assist in managing reports and spreadsheets.? Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure supplies are stocked to meet operational needs.? Assist with new hire onboarding tasks, including documentation, orientation, and record keeping.? Gather and organize records to support various departments, such as Purchasing, Safety, and Accounting.? Provide assistance to all departments as needed to ensure smooth office and worksite operations.? Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and achieve company goals.WHAT YOU BRINGEducation :? High school diplomaLicenses/Certifications :? Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.? Must have reliable transportation for occasional errands.Experience :? Previous work in a similar administrative role is required.? Proven experience in bookkeeping or payroll is a plus.Skills and Abilities :? Bilingual (English/Spanish) or the ability to facilitate translation is preferred.? Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.? Strong written and oral communication skills.? Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.? Ability to build effective working relationships and foster teamwork.? Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.? Flexibility with work hours, ensuring consistent on-site presence during business hours.? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.SCHEDULEThis is a full-time, on-site position with no hybrid or remote work options .Work Hours:? 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 30 minute lunch break Monday to Friday and Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PMPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis role involves frequent standing, walking, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds, such as office supplies, equipment, or lunch setups. It requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks and the capability to bend, reach, and complete light cleaning duties as needed. The position also includes running errands, which may involve walking or driving to local site locations while adhering to all safety precautions. Office responsibilities, such as frequent computer and phone use, are integral to this role. As a condition of employment, the selected candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hirePay: $12- $14 per hour
