The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery. This role is located in Miami, FL with the possibility of some work from home.Role ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipManage the site supervisor and team, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.Quality AssuranceInnovate and implement processes to elevate service standards, ensuring a premium customer experience.Customer SupportAddress escalations and resolve issues swiftly, providing a seamless customer experience.Problem SolvingTackle operational challenges in real time, ensuring minimal disruption to services.Partnership ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, driving satisfaction and long-term collaboration.Budget OversightManage site budgets, team capacity, and inventory logistics, including supplies and branded materials.Operational ExcellenceMonitor schedules, address inefficiencies, and prepare for future operational demands.Reporting & StrategyWork closely with the Director of Operations and COO to analyze key metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.Role Qualifications/SkillsExperience2-3 years in operations, customer service, or a similar field (required).Industry KnowledgeExperience in property management, housekeeping, premium hospitality, or similar industries (advantage).EducationBachelor's degree.Language SkillsFluent in English (required). Fluent in Spanish is a strong advantage.Residence: Reside in the greater Miami area (required).
