A prestigious investment firm located in Midtown Manhattan, NY is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a C-suite executive. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of executive administrative experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Fund, or Mergers and Acquisitions environments.This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. You will play an integral part in helping the executive manage their day-to-day operations and strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:Complex Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage a demanding schedule, including high-volume meetings across multiple time zones with internal and external stakeholders.Travel Coordination: Arrange complex domestic and international travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and comprehensive itineraries.Expense Management: Prepare, track, and submit expense reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, meeting agendas, correspondence, and ad hoc projects.Communication & Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the C-suite executive, ensuring smooth communication flow within the organization and with external partners.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other executive assistants and team members to ensure cohesive support across the organization.Qualifications:10+ years of executive administrative experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.Industry experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, or Mergers & Acquisitions is requiredExpertise in managing complex calendars and shifting priorities efficiently.Proven experience coordinating global travel with meticulous attention to detail.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expense management systems.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a high level of discretion.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Work Schedule:Onsite: Monday through Thursday Remote: Work from home on Fridays.Salary: $140,000 + bonus and benefits
