Pave Talent is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, female-owned design and construction firm specializing in high-end residential renovations. Known for its efficiency, creativity, and a no-meanies policy, this company is transforming homes in San Diego through cost-conscious and thoughtful design.They are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives on structure and loves keeping teams organized.Key Responsibilities:Manage Buildertrend software and ensure project timelines, schedules, and documents are up-to-date.Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to keep projects running efficiently.Conduct twice-weekly site visits for project updates, progress photos, and quality control.Support field teams and leadership with scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring all necessary permits, insurance documents, and contracts are in place.Assist with OSHA compliance by maintaining weekly safety logs.Maintain strong communication with the Site Supervisor/Lead Carpenter and ensure seamless coordination between field and office operations.Organize documentation for inspections, change orders, and project closeouts.Required Qualifications:2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience (construction background is a plus but not required).Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend, Procore, or similar).Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work remotely with twice-weekly site visits in San Diego.Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills:Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management tools.Background in high-end residential renovations or the construction industry.Familiarity with San Diego permitting and compliance processes.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Company Culture & Benefits:A supportive, respectful team culture with a no-meanies policy.Flexible hybrid work (remote with on-site visits twice weekly).Opportunity to work on custom, high-end residential projects.Salary: $50,000 annually.Dynamic, creative environment with room for growth.Ready to apply?Join a company that values efficiency, creativity, and clear communication.
