SUMMARY:This role is highly focused on supporting the internal Dexian employee population. This person can expect to coordinate and administer a variety of HR related responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to record-keeping, project coordination, employee engagement, employee communications, HR administration, etc.This position offers a competitive base salary, to be determined based on the candidate and his/her background and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid short-term disability, voluntary life insurance, unlimited paid time off and more.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process Terminations of Internal EmployeesManage and monitor termination processes in both ServiceNow and PeopleSoft systemsPrepare and issue severance packages to departing employeesPerform a bi-weekly termination audit by cross-referencing terminations in ServiceNow with the inactive reportEmployee EngagementCoordinate and prepare Dedicated Service Awards, including collaborating with the employee's manager, submitting requests to vendor (Source4), and maintaining communication with the employee throughout the processManage the New Hire Spotlight in the Knowledge LibraryCompile and send a monthly report to the Consultant Experience team, listing all consultants' birthdaysPrepare and send a monthly report to all managers, highlighting the birthdays and work anniversaries of internal employeesPrepare and send a monthly report to the Communications team, highlighting internal New Hires, anniversaries, and promotionsSubmit a monthly report of employees celebrating their 1-year anniversaries to the Chief People Officer (CPO)Submit all internal new hires to vendor (Source4) for new hire gifting coordinationCoordinate and manage gifting for life-changing events, including the birth of a child, marriage, and bereavementInternal and Consultant ReferralsMonitor and track employee referralsSubmit bonus details to payroll for processingMiscellaneousEnsure Equifax files are consistently updated for Verifications of Employment, maintaining accuracy and complianceMonitor the HR inbox twice daily and escalate urgent or complex matters as necessaryUpdate and maintain Organizational Charts for internal Knowledge LibraryQUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate should have: 1 - 3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related fieldBS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.Interest in working in a progressive HR function in a professional services environmentEffective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively respond to inquiriesExperience in a HRIS system, preferably PeopleSoftProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to think critically and problem solve on a daily basisABOUT DEXIAN:Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with nearly 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
