Secretary (Studio Operations & Social Media Coordinator)Salary: $15/hr ($585/week | $2,340/month)Schedule: Monday-SaturdayMonday-Friday: 10 AM-5 PMSaturday: 11 AM-3 PMAbout the RoleJTV ONE Studios is looking for a highly organized and creative Secretary (Studio Operations & Social Media Coordinator) to manage day-to-day studio operations, handle administrative tasks, and enhance our digital presence. You will be the face of our studio"”welcoming guests, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations"”while also contributing to social media content and marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities Studio Operations & Administrative SupportOpen and close the studio daily (Monday-Saturday).Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling.Check in guests for events, shows, and studio tours.Maintain an organized and professional studio environment. Marketing & Social Media ManagementCreate and post engaging content for JTV ONE Studios' social media platforms.Manage digital ads, newsletters, and promotional content for businesses featured on the JTV ONE Studios app.Assist with branding initiatives to boost the studio's visibility. Meeting Coordination & DocumentationTake notes and record key points during Monday & Friday 10 AM Zoom team meetings.Send meeting updates via email and group chat.Qualifications & Skills?? Strong organizational and administrative skills.?? Experience in social media management, content creation, or customer service.?? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.??
