Job Posting: Executive Assistant to the CEOAbout the Role: We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO. This is a key role where you'll manage a variety of tasks"”from scheduling to coordinating board meetings and working on special projects. You'll be at the heart of the action, connecting with internal teams, external partners, and supporting leadership initiatives. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and loves to juggle multiple priorities.What You'll Do:Executive SupportManage the CEO's busy calendar, organize travel, and prepare documents for meetings.Be the "gatekeeper" and "go-to" for all things related to the CEO's time and priorities.Act as a point of contact for internal teams, board members, donors, and key partners.Handle sensitive issues and confidential matters with care and discretion.Keep the CEO updated on upcoming commitments and manage deadlines.Board & Senior Management SupportServe as the main liaison between the CEO and the Board, helping with travel and logistics.Help organize board and team meetings and ensure everyone is on track with plans.Attend senior leadership meetings, helping to coordinate and take notes.Outreach & CommunicationsUpdate and maintain the CEO's bio/social media and handle requests for external materials.Draft, edit, and finalize letters and communications to key stakeholders.Work with the Strategic Initiatives team to support the CEO's outreach efforts and follow up on important connections.Special Projects/Project ManagementTake on key projects that help the CEO and team achieve big goals, from start to finish.What We're Looking For:Super organizedYou can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize like a pro.People personStrong interpersonal skills, building relationships across all levels, from the CEO to board members and partners.Proactive & resourcefulAnticipate needs and solve problems before they arise.Strong communicatorExcellent writing and speaking skills to get the right message across.Detail-orientedYou spot the little things that make a big difference.Independent yet collaborativeYou're a team player who can also take ownership of projects.Qualifications:3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in the healthcare industrySkilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.Strong interest or experience in communications, partnerships, and project management.Why Join Us?SwyftScripts is an innovative tech-enabled pharmacy services company providing affordable, transparent, and efficient specialty medication management for employers and employees, focusing on creating access to expensive medications in our communities.
