Senior Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Scottsdale, AZ (on-site)Salary: 65,000 - 75,000 (doe)We are looking for a Senior AP/AR Specialist with high volume billing, cash applications and collections experience to join a fast-paced and growing accounting department. This position will be cross trained in account payable.Job Responsibilities: Responsible for full-cylce AP payment processing and AR InvoicingDaily cash postings including payments made by credit card, lockbox, ACH and wiresEnsures transactions are processed timely and accuratelyProcesses small balance write off, discount, tax write off, and credit memos applicationsMaintain records and maintain an up-to-date billing systemResponds to inquiries from customers, researches and resolves concerns or discrepanciesLight B2B collectionsReconciliationsPrepare bank depositsSpecial projects as neededJob Requirements:5+ years of experience processing AP invoices, AR B2B Collections,Billing and Payment posting.Experience with customer service and client communicationStrong Excel skills a must!
