Levantine is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CCO (Chief Content Officer). This is an excellent opportunity to work in film & TV industry across all functional areas, learning the business inside-and-out and over time, become a key voice in business and creative decisions across a diverse slate of independent and studio projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, presentation and research skills, great creative taste and is organized, communicative & self-driven. Typical scheduling/admin work, but more business-oriented (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint skills a plus), the job has opportunity for growth and is based out of the Beverly Hills. A successful candidate has strong communication skills, prioritizes and manages multiple tasks at once, has a strong desire to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Levantine is currently in post-production on Maude Apatow's directorial debut POETIC LICENSE.Responsibilities:Assist in greenlight memos, analysis of projects and initiatives, and other ad hoc presentationsPerform industry related research, tracking and compiling industry trends and competitive analysesDevelop and maintain project calendars, key internal databases, web culls and file organizationResponsible for managing executives' calendars including scheduling and coordinating calls and zoom/in-person meetings and arranging travelPrepare monthly expense reports for review & submit to accounting for approvalGeneral office management duties (with other Executive Admins)Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining professional relationships and communicationsSourcing, reading and evaluation of materials (e.g. scripts, submissions, books, film festivals, etc.) where necessaryHandle any additional duties as assigned to support the executive teamQualifications:Minimum 1-2 years experience as an assistant - entertainment or agency experience preferredBachelor's degree from a leading university, with a strong GPAStrong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsIntellectual curiosity, strong desire to learn, and a passion for media, entertainment, and technologyDetail oriented with exceptional organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsStrong independent problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environmentExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and excellent benefits packageLevantine places great emphasis on creating a safe, inclusive, and diverse work environmentThe Company is committed to providing Equal Employment Opportunity to all of its applicants and employees, and in all aspects of employment, including in the areas of recruiting, hiring, transfers, promotions, compensation, benefits, training, or layoffs.
