Facilities ManagerIndustrial manufacturer is seeking a well-qualified professional who brings a solid mix of equipment maintenance and project management skills. Will oversee all aspects of building and manufacturing shop floor readiness. Focus will be building cleanliness & conservation, machine maintenance, directing a small crew of technicians and custodians, vender management, grounds keeping, adhering to budgets and timeframes. Will be point of contact for vendors, regulating agencies, and company department heads.Skills and qualifications:Advanced mechanical and plumbing skillsKnowledge of HVAC and other building systemsAbility to lift objects and do other labor-intensive tasksExcellent time management and multitasking skillsBasic understanding of accounting and finance principlesGreat leadership and problem-solving skillsRun routine maintenance inspectionsSupport maintenance and installment work as neededPreferred qualificationsCertified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalentExperience planning facility budgetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional leadership experienceContract handling experienceStrong attention to detail
