AP Professionals has partnered with local company in search of an Operations Manager. This position is responsible for project management and daily supervision of the administrative support team, HR, office management, and service delivery. The successful candidate in this role will be a proactive, hands-on leader with strong project management and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily business operations, including HR, parking, office management, and IT.Collaborate with all departments and senior management to provide administrative support as needed.Support HR functions such as recruitment, employee retention, and employee relations.Manage administrative projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Identify and recommend corrective actions for projects that deviate from milestones, budgets, or schedules.Escalate prioritization decisions when necessary.Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to maintain clear communication and expectations.Track and report key metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of administrative team projects.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in business administration, human resources, or project management.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other CharacteristicsDetail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong written communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Results-driven with strong project management and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI & MS Access a plus.Knowledge of employment and labor laws, with the ability to manage payroll independently.Skilled in prioritization, multitasking, and impartial decision-making.
