Corporate Paralegal

We're hiring for a direct-hire Senior Paralegal with a corporate client (not a law firm) in downtown Greenville, SC. This position will be onsite 4 days a week and an optional Remote Friday.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate, Real Estate, and Securities law.Responsibilities:Partner with general counselProvide legal support in Corporate, Real Estate, Securities, and Litigation mattersConduct legal research, draft documents, and assist in document preparation for various legal transactionsCollaborate with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsQualifications:10 years of paralegal experienceStrong background in Corporate, Real Estate, and Securities law. Contract review experience.Litigation experience is a plus.Driving distance from Greenville, SCAbility to be onsite in the Greenville office two times per month Compensation & Benefits:$75,000-85,000Eligibility for employer-sponsored health insurance and 401(k)Dental & Vision insurance 15 days off
