The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high service standards.Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements to optimize efficiency.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Develop and implement operational procedures to improve guest experience.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for stock and product availability.Assist with recruitment, training, and team development.Create team schedules and manage labour costs.Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.Handle employee performance management, including feedback, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.Work closely with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving efficiency.Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience in a management role within a high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality environment.Proven leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to managing teams and operations.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff training, and guest service.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks.Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and payroll management.Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.Knowledge of the Nikki Beach brand and local Miami Beach area is a plus.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.Why Join Nikki Beach?Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand.A dynamic, fast-paced work environment with career growth potential.Advancement opportunities within an expanding international company.
