JOHNLEONARD is seeking a hybrid, full-time Firm Administrator for a premier law firm in the Boston area. This exciting role comes with a competitive benefits package and a salary range of $175K-$200K. As Firm Administrator, you will have the management responsibility for all business functions of the firm. To give you an idea of how this Firm Administrator role would look and feel, here are some things you can expect to do:Manage firm's finance, human resources, operations, facilities, information technology and marketing.Share responsibility of strategic planning, practice management and business development with equity partners Supervise 10+ staff members The successful Firm Administrator applicant will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of business and financial management experience in a law firm, professional services company or similar organization.
