Computer Aided Design Designer

CAD Designer Contract: 9-Months with a chance to extend Location: 3 days on-site in Seattle, WA Pay rate: 35-40hr Overview: Looking for an experienced CAD Designer who has used Revit and AutoCAD to create 3D models specializing in telecoms and infrastructure. Our leading F5 OpsTech Design Execution Team is looking to bring a CAD Technician to help support growing Telecoms Design effortsResponsibilities: You'll join our global team, working on AutoCAD and Revit-based design for IT networking infrastructure projects. With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for executing design projects, updating standard details in 2D and 3D, and collaborating with the Project Management team to establish BIM requirements and standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient with BIM360, Revit, and Autodesk tooling, with a proven ability to work in both 2D and 3D environments. Familiarity with blocks, elements, families, and template creation is crucial. Your agility and effective multi-tasking skills will be put to use as you manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.Qualifications: 3+ years of operating experience in Revit with the ability to work and manage layersStrong working experience with 3D drawings and designsMinimum of an Associate's Degree in Drafting and DesignBasic knowledge of IT systems and materialsPrior experience supporting projects in telecoms or IT Infrastructure domains
