Ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines.Manage Budgets & SchedulesDevelop and maintain project budgets and schedules, ensuring all resources, equipment, and materials are allocated efficiently. Monitor project progress and address any cost or scheduling issues promptly.Quality and Safety OversightEnsure that all mechanical systems are installed according to design specifications, meet safety standards, and comply with local building codes and regulations.Field CoordinationSupport the field team by troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and resolving any site challenges that arise.TravelApproximately 25% travel to Pittsburgh and Indiana for project oversight and coordination with remote teams.Project DocumentationMaintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports to ensure smooth project execution and communication with stakeholders.Problem-Solving & Issue ResolutionQuickly identify potential issues and risks in the project, developing solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.Business Development SupportAssist in the identification of new opportunities with existing clients, providing technical expertise in project bids and proposals.What We're Looking For:3+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management, specifically in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for multifamily projectsProven ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing project teams and subcontractors.Knowledge of multifamily constructionmechanical systems designbuilding codes, and safety regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships, working with internal teams, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A Bachelor's degree in Construction ManagementMechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Willingness to travel approximately 25% for project coordination and site visits (primarily to Pittsburgh and IndianaProficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., ProcoreProlog, or similar platforms).Ready to Lead?If you're a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in mechanical HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for multifamily construction and are ready to make an impact in a growing company, we want to hear from you!
