A food manufacturing company is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Sales Coordinator to join their team in Garden Grove, CA. This position is responsible for facilitating the efficient workflow of the sales department by delivering information and streamlining administrative processes related to sales activities. An associate's degree, 1 years of inside sales experience, PC and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write Japanese are required. This is a full-time, HYBRID, non-exempt position with excellent benefits and 401K. [Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5]Bilingual Japanese/English Sales CoordinatorDuties:-Input orders to the ERP system and respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment information, and billing questions.-Coordinate successful procurement of import products, ensuring accurate application of information, while demonstrating sufficient knowledge of logistics policies.-Coordinate product planning, working with the parent company in Japan for new product launch and/or product renewal.-Prepare import/ export documents and certificates.-Process payment requests and prepare reports of cost summary.-Sales administration, including sales budget and expense management, as well as promotion management support and analysis.-Engage in sales support activities coordinating with shipping, accounting, and product development departments.-Product Inventory ManagementBilingual Japanese/English Sales CoordinatorSkills:-Must have an associate's degree-Must have 1 year of inside sales experience-Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese-Must have PC and Microsoft Office skills-Oracle/NetSuite is a big plus-Excellent verbal & written communication skills If interested, please apply with your most updated resume including your minimum salary requirement and why you left/or are looking to leave your current company.
