Veterinary Technician

Beverly Hills Veterinary Associates has an immediate opening for a full time licensed veterinary technician. This position is for the experienced professional with a strong work ethic and commitment to the highest quality of patient care. This position requires the animal handling skills and work experience necessary to perform independently and the patience and professional attitude to be part of a high functioning team. This position requires experience in client education, patient history collection, running routine laboratory tests, prepping for surgery, post-op recovery, restraining animals, administering treatments and to perform calmly and professionally at all times. We offer the latest in diagnostic medicine and treatment, including digital whole body and dental x-rays, an in house laboratory and a fully equipped surgical suite and dental suite in our newly renovated facility.Job Responsibilities:Assist DVM's and other staff in the following:All aspects of veterinary care (i.e., history, treatment, surgery, pre- and post-operative care and emergency care).Animal restraint.
