Aswe continue to grow, we are looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator with strong Shopifyexperience and a deep understanding of ecommerce best practices to join our team and helpdrive our online business forward.Position Overview:The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing all digital initiatives,website campaigns, and content across our ecommerce platforms. This role ensures aseamless and stable ecommerce experience for all customers and supports a growing digitalwholesale channel in close collaboration with the Sales team. This role requires strong skillswith Shopify (or a comparable headless ecommerce solution), and the ability to manage a largeproduct catalog, optimize site performance, and deliver actionable insights through reporting.Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Director of Commercial OperationsKey Responsibilities:Website & Ecommerce Platform ManagementManage and maintain multiple Shopify Plus storefronts (or comparable headless solution), ensuring a stable and user-friendly experience.Execute updates on large catalogs, including mass product and pricing changes for catalogs with 10,000+ SKUs using data files across platforms.Oversee product creation, website merchandising, and ensure content within the CMS aligns with brand standards and customer expectations.Ensure the back-end product data is accurate and current, including attributes like weight, price, grades, and swatches.Campaigns, Content, & MerchandisingDeploy and manage website campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events.Work closely with the Editorial, Operations, Finance, and Sales teams on large-scale product launches and collaborative ecommerce initiatives.Maintain up-to-date launch documentation, including tagging, attributes, and templates for new product launches.SEO & User Journey OptimizationOptimize site performance by understanding and enhancing the user journey, implementing SEO best practices, and refining merchandising strategies.Proactively monitor website performance and identify potential issues before they impact customer experience.Data Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze ecommerce KPIs to inform data-driven decisions and troubleshooting. Generate weekly reports for the Director of Commercial Operations and senior management, providing insights on website performance, campaign outcomes, and improvement areas.Leverage performance data to continuously refine ecommerce strategies, with a focus on increasing conversions and enhancing customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a liaison between multiple departments, including Operations, Editorial, Finance, and Sales, to ensure all ecommerce initiatives align with broader business objectives.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive cross-departmental projects forward.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on relevant ecommerce experience, preferably in managing large catalogs and high-SKU environments.Strong experience with Shopify or a comparable headless solution; comfortable within a content management system (CMS).Familiarity with website merchandising, SEO best practices, and ecommerce-related technical requirements.Ability to handle large data files for mass updates and possess strong organizational skills for managing extensive product catalogs.Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs and experience with troubleshooting or optimizing based on data insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.Highly organized with an attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
