What We're Looking For:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic customer service associate to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers. As a liaison between IMS and our network of customers and vendors, you are the first point of contact and the embodiment of IMS' mantra "big enough to deliver, small enough to care".How You'll Make an Impact:Answering & directing a multi-line phone systemDirecting and escalating issues to the appropriate channelsMailing invoicesRespond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous mannerProvide accurate information about products and servicesProcess and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and timelinessMaintain detailed records of customer interactions & transactionsCollaborate with team members and other departments to solve complex issuesCandidates must be available to work on a rotating schedule Monday-Friday with shifts that will include (all posted times are in Central Time Zone):7:30 AM - 4:00 PM8:30 AM - 5:00 PM9:30 AM - 6:00 PMWhat You Bring to the Table:Required Skills:Proven experience in a customer service role or support roleAttention to detailAbility to work well in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to remain calm under pressureStrong organizational skillsHigh level of empathy & customer focusStrong conflict resolution skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyPositive attitudeTeam PlayerExposure to Microsoft Office and Google SuiteHigh School Diploma/GEDFull professional fluency in English
