Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to read and understand laboratory standards, policies, and instructions. Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making. Ability to ensure accuracy of information and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
