Pay: $35.00+ per hourPosition Type: Full-time, First Shift, PermanentBescast is looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker / Die Repair to support our manufacturing operations by building, modifying, and repairing molds, machining fixtures, and inspection tools. This role is critical to maintaining quality and efficiency in production.Position OverviewSet up milling fixtures and tooling according to specificationsBuild, modify, and repair molds, machining fixtures, and manufacturing aidsTroubleshoot tooling and wax injection mold issuesIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiencyWork directly with Supervisors, Engineers, Programmers, and Inspection personnelEnsure all tooling meets customer requirements and industry standardsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentQualificationsJourneyman Tool & Die Maker Certification (apprenticeship completion required)Proficiency in Bridgeport mills, manual lathes, and surface grindersAbility to set up and run a 3-Axis CNC MillStrong knowledge of machining practices and GD&T principlesExperience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision inspection toolsAbility to work independently and communicate effectivelyMust be available for overtime and weekends when necessaryThis is a stable, long-term opportunity for those with experience in tooling and mold making.Minimum Qualifications:Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
