Vice President of Food & BeverageLocation: Los Angeles, CACompensation: $180,000 base salary + quarterly & annual bonusesCompany: SkyBridge Luxury & AssociatesSkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the culinary and beverage operations at a premier hotel in Los Angeles. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader to oversee a high-performing property generating over $30M in annual revenue, with future expansion plans across an evolving portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership for all food and beverage operations, ensuring world-class service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.Oversee the financial performance of the hotel's F&B outlets, optimizing revenue streams, cost management, and operational efficiency.Drive innovation in menu development, guest experiences, and service standards aligned with luxury hospitality trends.Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term expansion plans and portfolio growth strategies.Ensure compliance with all California labor laws, health regulations, and corporate policies.Qualifications:Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with a strong background in food and beverage.At least 10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations, with a focus on F&B leadership.Prior experience in California, preferably in Los Angeles, with deep knowledge of the local market and regulatory environment.Prior Forbes Travel Guide Four or Five Star experience preferred.Proven track record in managing high-volume hotel F&B operations exceeding $30M in annual revenue.Exceptional financial acumen, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive revenue and operational efficiency.Strong leadership and team development capabilities, with a passion for luxury guest experiences.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Why Join Us?Competitive compensation package with quarterly, annual, discretionary bonusesOpportunity to lead a prestigious property with future portfolio expansionWork in a dynamic, high-profile Los Angeles location with a world-class team.If you are a visionary F&B leader ready to make a lasting impact in the luxury hospitality industry, we invite you to apply.
