Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Office AdministratorLocation: Santa Ana Ca.Job Type: Part-Time (10 AM - 4 PM) M-F...30 hours a week on siteSalary: $25 - $35 / HourJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes, payroll, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English, along with strong customer service abilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage QuickBooks Online for daily accounting activities • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations • Prepare and post journal entries • Operate the full accounting cycle including A/P (Accounts Payable) and A/R (Accounts Receivable) and GL (General Ledger) • Handle payroll processes • Conduct month, quarter, and year-end reconciliations • Assist with purchasing, sales, and invoicing • Answer phones and respond to customer and employee inquiries • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the office space is tidy • Support administrative tasks as neededSkills & Qualifications:• Proficient in QuickBooks Online • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word • Bilingual: Able to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish and English • Excellent customer service skills • Strong research abilities • Punctual, professional, and detail-orientedPreferred Experience:1-5 years of experience as an Office Manager and performing the accounting duties listed above.
