Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts. This position is initially for a 6-month period, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Cornerstone with candidate information and status updates.Connect with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Assist with the preparation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in recruiting or HR support role is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Cornerstone is a Plus!Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracyAbout UsSteam Thermal Solutions is one of four businesses within Spirax Group, with global coverage across 67 operating units.
