Our goal is to give our clients the gift of time so they can enjoy life's little pleasures.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for an Operations and Sales Specialist at Delphinium Concierge. The Operations and Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing projects, utilizing analytical skills, finding opportunities for sales and growth, and coordinating services for clients. This role is based in Scottsdale, AZ, with a very active and mobile style of work - some days will be in office, other days will be out in the field working in our client's homes.QualificationsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsSelf-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetObservant - able to easily see what others typically missStrong Communication skillsHospitality-forward (A believer in Unreasonable Hospitality a plus!)Experience in Sales and Project ManagementAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyOutstanding problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of hospitality/short term rental industry is a plusMust have own vehicle and a valid driver's license
