This is an exciting time to join this dynamic team!Responsibilities:Represent the office of the CEO in a highly professional mannerAct as a point of contact and engage with executives, customers, partners, vendors and other third parties as neededMaintain a high level of confidence by protecting confidential informationAble to identify potential issues before they arise and effectively address them to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunitiesMeticulous approach to work, prioritizing accuracy and thoroughness to ensure high-quality outcomesAbility to swiftly adapt to changes and maintain high performance under shifting conditions and challengesCapably articulate complex or nuanced ideas clearly and effectivelyDetail-oriented and organized, prioritizes effectively, excel at time management, and anticipate well in decision makingAbility to maintain effective performance and emotional control when faced with stress or challenging situationsManages scheduling to enhance organizational efficiency and optimize time managementManages projects efficiently, ensuring completion on time and within budget constraintsUtilizes Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to create impactful documents and presentationsImplements continuous improvement practices to enhance operational efficiency and qualityMake travel arrangements including airfare, lodging, and transportationManage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyCarry out personal requests from time to time as neededRequirements:Five years of prior experience as an executive assistant requiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceStrong organizational and time management skills with great work ethic and an understanding that work may need to occur late evenings or on weekendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPointMust be willing to go in office 5 days a weekPrior experience in a fast-paced company a plus
