Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys and legal staff.Maintain effective office procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration.Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and handle travel arrangements.Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting legal correspondence.Manage electronic and physical file organization, ensuring accurate record-keeping.Process billing, time entries, and expense reimbursements as required.Support team members by sharing best practices and assisting with overflow work.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Ensure deadlines are met while working in a fast-paced environment.Utilize document management systems and other legal software tools efficiently.Qualifications:High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.Experience in a legal administrative role or similar support function.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a deadline-driven environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.Adaptability to new technology, office systems, and workflow tools.Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.Workplace Type: Hybrid (combination of in-office and remote work)This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to a professional legal environment.
