Actively seeking a Law Firm Office Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Top Law Firm in their San Francisco OfficeThe Manager needs 5+ years of office management experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment. HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | San Francisco, CAPAY: $140 - $160K (Commensurate w/Experience & Location) + Discretionary BonusBENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree REQUIRED5+ Years of Office Management Experience in a Law/Professional Services Firm REQUIREDStrong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);Strong Verbal and Written Communication SkillsROLE RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing all of the day-to-day administrative operations of the officeNegotiation and management of office equipment and vendor contractsPreparing the office's annual budget Overseeing all aspects of space management, including landlord relations and landlord-provided services; maintenance and security; new office construction and renovations; build-out and lease administration.Developing and implementing efficient office workflowsSearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
