This role provides the unique opportunity to guide and educate member credit unions on lending and collections while offering expertise in audits, regulations, and compliance.Position HighlightsSalaryStarting at $85,000ScheduleHybrid (home/office)BenefitsComprehensive packageKey ResponsibilitiesLending, Operations, & Collections SupportProvide information, guidance, and education on lending, operations, and collections practices to credit union staff, management, and officials.Respond to inquiries (email, phone, in-person) with thorough research and tailored recommendations.Assist with resolving examiner and auditor findings.Offer guidance on compliance with current and emerging regulations.On-Site SupportConduct site visits to review operations, assess compliance, and identify educational needs.Recommend and present educational programs for credit union staff and leadership.Education & TrainingDevelop and deliver engaging presentations through webinars, conferences, and in-person events.Promote available services and resources to member organizations.Additional Opportunities for GrowthFacilitate planning sessions, including preparation, facilitation, reporting, and follow-up.Assist with financial analysis, trends, and strategic planning.Provide marketing support for organizational initiatives and business partner products.QualificationsExperience5-7 years in financial institutions, specializing in consumer lending.Leadership or management experience is highly valued.SkillsExceptional written and verbal communication.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Project management expertise, including task and schedule management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Confident in presenting to diverse audiences, from small teams to large conferences.Flexible and adaptable with a proactive mindset.Eager to expand expertise and take initiative.Additional DetailsPeriodic travel throughout Indiana, including occasional overnight stays, is required.The role offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERIND
