Order and Shipping Management

Unox S.p.A., a market leader in high-end oven production and recognized as a Great Place to Work for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for an Order and Shipping Specialist to join our Unox US Team. In this role, you will handle order processing, RMAs, and database management while ensuring the smooth flow of orders and shipments in line with company and customer needs.Main Activities:Process and manage purchase orders, returns (RMA), and warranty orders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Maintain customer databases and sales contracts, keeping records up-to-date and reporting discrepancies.Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and transportation providers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipping.Handle all aspects of returns, including RMA generation, replacement orders, and coordination of shipping logistics.Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to resolve order discrepancies, ensure proper invoicing, and maintain accurate records.Requirements:Previous experience in order management or logistics.Proficiency in SAP or similar database management systems.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proactive attitude and attention to detail.Why Unox?Continuous Innovation: Unox is at the forefront of technology and innovation, offering its employees the opportunity to work on pioneering and challenging projects.Work Environment: We have been certified by the Great Place To Work Institute as one of the top 100 companies in Europe.
