Maintenance Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance.Troubleshoot and repair machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.Ensure all equipment meets safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair schedules.Collaborate with production teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve efficiency.Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements.Train and mentor maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices.Promote workplace safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.Requirements2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Availability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends as needed.Preferred QualificationsTechnical certification or degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
